I’m just so in love with my Harlowe lights, their innovation and attention to detail, functionality and just down right gorgeousness is insane! There’s absolutely no other system like them. They are so beautiful I just want to leave them in frame! Thanks to Maria for shooting the vid! There seriously is something very magic about these lights. You just don’t want to keep them bagged up. They need to run free!

My Nikon Life. 15 years ago this week I was asked if I would be one of the first 7 Nikon Ambassadors, an honour that will surpass any achievement I have made in my professional life! My career began on September 22 1981 at a newspaper in Perth, Australia and since then I have never shot on another system. I began with a Nikkormat Ft2 and now shoot with the masterpiece Nikon Z9, a camera that I dreamed about my entire motion picture still photography life. Like all of us, my career has taken many twists and turns and on many occasions I was frustrated with a lack of success. I had many failures in my journey including being kicked out of photography school on the first day. I bring this up because as photographers we all share this trait. Photography is a long learning curve and we only get to be our best by shooting as often as we can and by carrying a camera with us every day be that the flagship Z9 or the new mighty beast Z50 ii 15 years as a Nikon Ambassador is a massive milestone and like my dear brother Delly I wanted to mark the occasion with a tip of my hat to Nikon and share a few images from my career over the years that I truely believe I would not have been able to make without my beautiful Nikons and the support of the entire ground crew at Nikon Australia who have believed in me unwavering for all these years. All of us Ambassadors, which has now grown into a world wide program are as strong a family as you will ever find! We frequently exchange notes on our equipment and how we individually use different settings and techniques to best capture the images in our fields and what might work in crossovers to our own environments. But most importantly we share our Love, our laughter and our Tears… Thank you My Nikon Family! I’ll leave you with this, Success only comes from failure, give it everything you have and you can be the Photographer you dream to be! I did and you can too…
