Nail art always dies. That’s the blessing and the curse of it. It changes with you. It shifts. And then it dies. Every 3 weeks. And I love its temporary nature because aren’t versions of ourselves always dying and being reborn?
Lately though, I’ve wanted to create things that lived on. Things that stick around. Things that hold the essence of my legacy. Isn’t that the whole point of art? To carry a soul’s purpose regardless if the physical body is here or not.
I’ve been painting vintage jackets and large scale paintings. I’ve been loving it. I’m making more. I will be selling them. I invested in a full art studio for myself. I feel a newfound sense of purpose!
